HOW DOES YOUR SIGNATURE PROCESS WORK?

My signature Process was created with you as the client in mind. It is my goal to make the experience of working together as personable and collaborative as possible! Whether if you are booking for branding or web design, all of my packages start with a mini brand strategy session and research! The mini brand strategy sessions are part done with you and part done for you! Meaning you can sit back and relax while I conduct and gather all the necessary information to help bring your brand to life.

 

Full brand strategy sessions are broken down into two key phases where we will meet over zoom for an in depth, but exciting start of laying down your brands foundation. Phase 1: we define your business, Phase 2: we define your brand!

 

We will meet several times during the course of your project to review and refine design concepts. It is my goal to communicate and be as transparent with you as much as possible in terms of your project. You will have access to a client portal where we can chat, upload materials for your project, and schedule any calls to make this collaboration as seamless as possible for you!

DO I NEED BRAND STRATEGY?

Although you most certainly do not need brand strategy right away, it is best to build the foundation of your brand early on to avoid a bunch of unnecessary confusion. design on intent and it is my goal to set you up for success at the start of your brand or to steer you in the right direction for your current brand! Strategy is at the base of all my packages and this phase is vital in ensuring we are going in the right direction for your brand!

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

YES! For certain projects/services, your investment can broken down into payment plans to (1) make the investment a little easier for you and (2) keep the project moving with regular payments. The first payment of your total invoice is a 50% deposit and is non-refundable and required to save your spot in my schedule. (Payment based on what package you choose and will be split into 3 with the first payment being a non-refundable, 50% deposit. Payments will be due every two weeks, but can be adjusted based on the type of project you are booking).

 

If you wait to pay this, you will risk losing your spot and your project will be pushed to a later start date. 

 

(Note: all payments are scheduled by date, and will be charged automatically to your account/card. I do this to avoid design delays and to keep the project moving. All of the payments are made online and are non refundable).

Any late payments while on a payment plan will incur a late fee each time a payment is late, on top of the payment you were scheduled to make.

​

For all digital products, brand strategy sessions, and photography packages: payment is required upfront and in full.​

 

HOW MANY REVISIONS AM I ALLOWED?

I allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding and web design projects, with web design revisions being limited to the homepage only. If you would like more revisions, there will be an up charge of $75 USD for each extra round or to any additional pages.

WHEN DO YOU NEED QUESTIONNAIRES OR FEEDBACK FROM ME AFTER YOU SEND ME SOMETHING TO REVIEW FOR MY PROJECT?

I allow up to 3 days for you to give your feedback or revision request on the project materials that I create or to return any questionnaires. If I do not hear back from you within those 3 days, a $75 late fee will be added to your final invoice account for the project you have scheduled. If I do not hear back from you within a week (7 days) or more, your project will be paused until you respond and you will then incur a $100 late fee which will be added to your final invoice.

 

If delayed responses are continuously a problem, I reserve the right to terminate your project without any refund and will deny any future chances of you working with me again. I take my business very seriously and if you're investing in your brand, it is expected you take your own business just as seriously and I will not nag you for responses!

 

I try to avoid  charging a late fee as much as possible, BUT sometimes it is necessary to keep your project on track in order to meet deadlines. I try my best to be as transparent as possible and to communicate with you at each step of your project, I understand we are human and if there is an emergency that prevents you from being able to respond within those 3 days, please communicate as unforeseen circumstances are understandable!

HOW OUR PROJECT TIMELINES DETERMINED?

Timelines are based around you as the client, providing me all necessary materials to get started on your project, This includes any HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL images, website copy, etc. (unless you are hiring me to do a shoot for you, or you are booking for V.I.P Content Day).

 

Any delay in you returning this pertinent information to me, will result in a delay of the start of your project.

WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU USE FOR WEB DESIGN?

I currently design on Wix and Shopify.


I do not handle domain, hosting, or plug-in costs needed during/after the project.

WOULD I NEED TO MAKE ANY OTHER INVESTMENTS FOR MY PROJECT?

YES! You will need to invest in a professional photoshoot where you will be able to obtain HIGH QUALITY images.

​

If you are purchasing any web design package(s), you will need to purchase a domain name and a professional business email address. (I recommend Google domains for both your domain name and business email address).

You will be required to pay for hosting for your site whether if it is Wix or Shopify as the price of hosting, your domain and business email address is NOT included in your project, nor do I offer this. You will also need copy for your website (homepage, about, product descriptions, etc).

DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE SERVICES?

No I do not off A La Carte Services. All of my packages are formatted to provide a full transformation that one-off a la carte services do not provide.

HOW DO YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGES WORK?

Each package starts with a complimentary 25 minute discovery call to discuss your photography OR videography needs and to see if I am a great fit!

If I am a great fit, I will send over your invoice for you to make your investment. Full payment is required upfront and in full to secure your spot in my schedule.

​

If you need me to travel to your state, please select the package that includes the travel option, or we can discuss this during your discovery call. During the discovery call we will discuss how many edits you will need, if you require wardrobe changes, the type of photos or videos you need, etc.

I retain all copyright to the images and I deserve the right to display work on my platforms including my website, social media, and any other marketing materials .

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All sales are final due to the nature of the product! No refunds or exchanges for any digital products.

 

Once you checkout, you agree to the purchase and agree and are aware all sales are final and no refunds will be made for any digital products.

​

All digital products must be paid for in full, no payment plans are accepted.

​

All digital downloads will be available immediately after purchasing.

 

An email with a link to access your downloads will also be sent to the email provided during checkout. Please be sure you have access to the email provided as transfer to another email of digital products will not be available.

​

You agree you will not share your digital download with anyone.

​

Refunds are not applicable for digital products under any circumstance.

CUSTOM CONTENT POST

Turnaround time 7-14 Business Days. You are allowed 2 revisions which are included. Any revision thereafter is $25 for each additional revision. Payment is required upfront and in full before any work will begin.​
